Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Next-day shipping is available at checkout (U.S. only).

Shipping

We mostly ship within the United States only.
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
No refunds. No exchanges.


All sale and limited-drop items are final.

To start a return, email us at: support@mercigallery.com with your order number and reason for return.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@mercigallery.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number.

Limited Drops / Restocks

All drops are limited and final.
We do not restock sold-out items.
First come, only served.
